As for our packaging, we strive to find alternative, environmentally friendly packaging so that our customers would not feel guilty of purchasing our products.
- As for shifting demographics, we will tap into different market segment.
- Our Ayam Hijrah range definitely address the health & wellness concerns of our customers due to the fact that our chickens are antibiotic residue-free.
- Due to modernization & concentration of frozen food trade, we strive to use modern tools to process our product so that we will be a step ahead & different from our competitors.
- We will patent our processing method because we need to protect our unique chicken meat processing method so that this will be our competitive advantage.
Supply Trends
- We would increase our cold storage facility so that we would not be affected greatly by the volatile input costs.
- Cutting process and wrapping process will use machine so that we could overcome the shortage of labour.
